Re: Chronic Arthritis Knee pain
Dealing with chronic knee pain caused by arthritis is truly exhausting and I completely understand your frustration. I went through a very similar situation after a knee injury that eventually led to arthritis, making even basic activities like walking or sleeping a challenge. Like you, I struggled with the lack of effective pain management options, as traditional anti-inflammatory medications were not an option for me. What helped me the most was a combination of specific physical therapy, lifestyle adjustments, and some non-pharmaceutical treatments. Strengthening the muscles around my knee, using cold therapy for inflammation, and making small changes such as adjusting my sleeping position and wearing a knee brace helped significantly relieve the pain.
One thing that made a big difference was seeing a knee specialist who focused on long-term solutions rather than just pain relief. While I know every case is different, finding a specialist who understands the complexity of arthritis can be a game-changer. I was treated by Dr. Pablo Gelber, a knee traumatologist, and, through a combination of rehabilitation exercises and treatment options, I was able to regain mobility and reduce my pain levels. If surgery is not an option for now, I highly recommend exploring alternative treatments such as viscosupplementation (hyaluronic acid injections) or even personalized physical therapy. Don't lose hope: There are ways to improve your quality of life, even if the road to relief takes time. I wish you strength and better days ahead!

Re: Chronic Arthritis Knee pain
It is good to know there are treatments for Chronic Arthritis Knee pain.
I don't suffer this condition myself but feel your post will give hope to people who think there's no cure or pain relief available.
An excellent post and one that could save people's misery.
