Re: How to Reduce weight

About a year ago I decided to lose weight by diet but after 4 to 5 months Understand that it is not complete, the main part of it is exercise along with diet, you can do exercise daily and lose weight. Can and keep the body healthy.

To reduce weight, focus on a balanced diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, proteins, and whole grains, while limiting processed foods and sugary beverages. Regular exercise and aim for a consistent sleep schedule to support overall health and weight loss.

Re: How to Reduce weight

There's a train of thought that diets and exercise routines that work for younger women don't work for older women: especially when menopause occurs.

If I knew how to lose weight I'd be much slimmer myself! I can't preach diet right and wrongs. But what I will say is buy and cook foods that are normal to you and sustainable realistically. There's no point going for a fancy diet when you'd have to go to unusual food shops to buy ingredients. Stick to foods you know and trust.

Do consider your age when you're considering different diets. And do be sensible about what foods you can afford and prepare easily. And DO NOT even consider the liquid diet: it has killed a few people. Even if it doesn't kill you, you'll end up very sick and might need to bee admitted to hospital.

To lose weight, I found that adding protein to my diet really helped. It boosts metabolism and keeps me feeling full. Eating whole, single-ingredient foods also made a big difference. These foods are filling and nutritious, which helped me stay within my calorie limits naturally. A high-protein breakfast like eggs ( here is a proper diet ) and avoiding processed foods were key for me.

This exactly what is required to lose weight. Feeling full at mealtimes will stop snacking and will prevent food cravings. If you're not eating enough at dinnertime you'll be craving chocolate and biscuits. The right food will make sure your brain doesn't need to say "You need to eat". Also: the more you avoid a certain food, the more you'll want that certain food. Give in to your cravings and eat enough food to avoid hunger pangs!

That's really helpful! I've also found that incorporating more protein into my diet has made a big difference in my weight loss journey. The feeling of fullness and satisfaction it provides is amazing. And I completely agree with you on whole, single-ingredient foods - they're so much more nutritious and filling than processed foods. Eggs for breakfast are a great idea.

Re: How to Reduce weight

Weight loss can be challenging, but with the right approach, it’s definitely achievable. Here are a few strategies that have worked for me:

Balanced Diet: Focus on eating a balanced diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Try to avoid processed foods and sugars as much as possible.

Portion Control: Pay attention to portion sizes. Eating smaller, more frequent meals throughout the day can help keep your metabolism active and prevent overeating.

Regular Exercise: Incorporate both cardio and strength training into your routine. Aim for at least 30 minutes of exercise most days of the week. Walking, running, cycling, and weight lifting are all great options.

Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Sometimes thirst can be mistaken for hunger, leading to unnecessary snacking.
