Incontinence doctor approach
Hello new here
Last few months I find that I've been going toilet every half an hour to pee, its only a small bit. Im worried that I maybe incontinent but nervous to talk to my doctor about it. Its gotten to the stage where I've started putting absorbent pads in underwear but don't feel there suitable as im changing them alot. So im wondering how people approach a doctor about it.

Hello and sorry to read your post.
Have you visited your doctor yet? The Bladder & Bowel Foundation charity have some good resources that may be of help to you. For example, they have a Frequency Chart so you can record the frequency of visiting the toilet, and also a Bladder Diary - both of these could help when you do visit your doctor.
