Radiation caused my problems....

Had proctectomy back in 2009 (52 years old)
2022 found Prostate Reoccurrence (17mm size)
June 2022 Finished 35 treatments of radiation..
Short time after that problems began...
Nov 2022 found Radiation Proctitis caused blood in stool...2 weeks of medicine cured that
Early 2023 started with the incontinency...got worse every month
AUG/SEPT Urologist went thru series of scans..bone ct..pet
Oct 2023 did scope and removed growths on bladder wall.....no cancer
Incontinence continued ...meds didn't work ( oxy and solif.) Insurance did not cover beta blockers
Didn't like Dr only cared about cancer and not my issue
Went to new Dr 6 months later.....did PET again and scoped my bladder....no cancer...
He told me the radiation and my slight diabetes is causing my incontinences ...
He now is suggesting 8 weeks of Pelvic Floor Muscle Therapy....send electricidal currents under my privates..

My question is will this do anything to lessen the heavy leakage I'm having ?
Will this be a repetitive procedure every few months?
Is this just useless insurance claims for Dr. ?
