Terrible itchy shin
Hi
I’ve had a very itchy patch of skin in my shin for a few weeks now, it’s only itchy once or twice a day but sometimes I scratch till I bleed from small pink pricks. I do use e45 which helps a little. I’m unsure how to attach a photo
No major changes in detergents or soaps

I have gotten tiny pinpricks of red in my fingers after using cleaning products in the past. My fingers didn't bleed, but there were small red dots. I get this when using certain cleaning products [chemical: not body-wise]. Some chemicals do affect the skin this way. The best advice I can offer is for you to wash your hands thoroughly after using cleaning products. It is also important to use thick rubber gloves when cleaning. Change your cleaning gloves often, too. And avoid products that you know irritates your skin. Use different brands of cleaning products. Even try milder products that you'd use to clean the bathroom, say.
As for hand cream, I use:
1. Zerobase Emollient Cream
2. Hydrocortisone cream
These skin products were prescribed by my doctor. I didn't choose them for myself in the chemist. These creams really have helped the health of my skin. My hands were getting damaged. But I followed my own advice and today they are fine.
I hope this helps. And do ask your doctor to prescribe these creams.

It could be a shaving issue. The best thing to do is not shave against the grain. If you do not then try TCP cream.
