At my wits end with rash

Hello had a rash for a week now on chest arms knees oral steroids given but nothing clearing it. It’s driving me mad itching and flares up then goes down. Don’t know what has caused it as nothing changed in diet or detergent etc
Bloods have been taken and awaiting results but it’s stressing me out so much as they don’t know what it is
