Doctors, steroids, steroids, steroids

I've been back and forth to the doctors for years with psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, perioral dermatitis. Each time it's the same story, topical steroids come back in a few months, you tell them it made you worse they issue a slightly different type of steroid, you go back they say maybe topical and oral. After the best time of a year fighting to get appoints and looking like something from a rocky horror show do they finally forward you to dermatology (in a year and a half) you get to dermatology after a very long wait go through your 1-10 scores of how uncomfortable it is to spend 20 mins talking about moisturizer..... I've had many different diagnosis sometimes from the same room with multiple specialists. I've lost all faith in British dermatology. I think it's about time GPs got better guidance on dermatology and steroids.
