My 8 yr old is getting pimples. Help!

I didn't think she would start getting them this early. I would like to stick to home remedies for now.

Is she washing her skin in the morning and before bed everyday?
I'd recommend to start from washing with a soft cleanser, that should help in this age.
And try make her wash her face several times a day with just water. And, oh, keeping hands away from the face is necessary too!
Hope she will get rid of skin problems!
