Skin rash or other

I have raised rash like pimples/blotches across my upper chest and they really do itch although sometimes the area can decrease but I have been told they may be heat rashes and to wear cotton as well as use such as diprobase/E45 but so far none of these have really worked to reduce the inflammation over the last few weeks.

If they are heat rashes then try something cold to stop itching.
