Severe dry/cracking skin

Hi there,
Has anyone had experience with skin this dry? It is affecting both the palms of the hands and soles of the feet - even after healing, it soon returns with the same severity. The skin which is splitting becomes very, very thick, like a callous, and creams/ointments tend to have little to no impact.

After multiple consultations there hasn’t been much improvement, so just looking for any suggestions from anyone with experience or ideas, thank you!

Take in a lot of vitamin C and iron, it will help you with this issue. You could also try a cream that deals with dryness of skin. Good luck.
