Yes seasonal allergies(hayfever) causing itching, watery eyes, sneezing, and other similar symptoms can be treated with the medicines well.
The medicines like Allegra ((fexofenadine ) are used for the treatment of seasonal allergies, go consult a doctor first before taking any pills and treatment.
