Looking for advice
So long story short
4 months ago I was sure I had an allergic reaction to food (throat felt tight was wheezing)
I have never had allergies so was out of the blue
Went to the Dr's said it was anxiety
For 4 months I have thought I was crazy imagining it but I narrowed it down to wheat.
Stop eating it seemed to be OK
Now a month later I'm eating and my throats so itchy. Next thing my hearts racing feeling sick.
However it claimed fown within 15 mins.
I'm wondering is this common in allergies or does it sound more like anxiety?
No private clinics in Bristol so I got an allergy test from York which was reccomended by a nutritionist.
Had an ige blood test and a few allergns came back
However nhs saying there nonsense.
I'm just so lost and confused and scared to eat anything right now as I'm worried about having an anphylatic shock.
Am I crazy or am I allergic to something
Anyone got ant advice going g forward

Re: Looking for advice
If you're looking for advice about allergies, you can consult a pharmacist, your GP, or an allergy charity. You can also try at-home treatments to soothe symptoms

You can look out for the homeopathic specialist doctors they have cure for almost all types of allergies and that too without harming the other body parts.
