My home's air quality test. I would appreciate some advise

Hello,
I found this forum in hopes of some expert advise...
I do not know much about allergens or the like.
I have recently (last few years) been feeling worse and worse. Lack of energy, depressions and not feeling rested after 8/9 hours of sleep. I can go on and on about how I feel different than i did a couple years ago.
I had my basement apartments air tested after a small flood. These are the results. Can anyone with knowledge of these results please let me know if this is a pretty unhealthy enviroment for me to be living in? And possibly a reason for me feeling so bad/different/down?
