hi everyone new too this just working out how it all works.
Recently been diagnosed with angioedema.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated thankyou :)

Avoid heat or hot surroundings. Wash you face body with cold water always. Wear loose and cotton clothes. Don't go out in the Sun.
