Allergy in a 10yo
Hi All,
Our eldest child has suffered from eczema since he was a baby. His allergy got better for a while but now his atopic dermatitis is back. His eyes are constantly itching, he has irritated itching skin in the collar area, and in the area of the joints. He also has a cough and runny nose. An ENT specialist prescribed Neoclarityn to be taken for 2 weeks but I wonder for how long it can be taken. Is it safe to take the medication for a longer period of time given that two weeks have already passed and he still has all the symptoms?
