Sensitive Skin
My question for the experts is:
How do you manage sensitive skin in the winter weather?
Thank you.

Re: Sensitive Skin
Hi there,
Great question. As you know, our skin gets more sensitive in the winter. Colder air, less humidity, more heating, all increases water loss from our skin and affects skin barrier function.
Start simple. Turn down the heating a degree or two. Avoid excessively hot baths. Make sure the washes you use are gentle, moisturiser based washes to avoid further stripping the skin. Then repair your skin barrier with regular moisturiser containing products such as shea butter, glycerin, urea, niacinamide.
Hope that helps!
