should you use a moisturising cream with spf factor even in the winter?

To my mind, yes. I advise that people use a dedicated daily sunscreen with moisturising properties (not a moisturiser with SPF). This is because UVA which is responsible for much of the skin ageing we see is present all year round and throughout daylight hours. From April-October and between 11-3, UVB is stronger and this is responsible for much of the skin cancer we see.
