Best moisturising bath and shower products for dry skin

What kind of ingredients should I be looking out for in bath and shower products that help lock in moisture? I heard SLS's are bad, but many shower gels and bath products have them - even ones that claim they are for dry skin. I don't mind if there is a lack of bubbles!

Hi there, you are absolutely right - SLS dries out the skin by raising the normal pH of the skin. Avoid anything fragranced or foaming or soap based. Try an emollient based wash or an unfragranced oil. A number of the more medical moisturiser companies will do this or even the french pharmacy brands.
