An in depth read, providing you with all the basic help, and lots more information, about what to expect and how to cope during this natural but difficult stage of life. It covers everything that can happen to your body, including things you didn't know about. This can offer peace of mind by making you realise its all part of the menopause, and not other serious health issues. Despite going through it myself at a young age, and thinking I knew most things about what to expect and do, I still found a few things new and helpful.
This was a great help, it covered everything I needed without having to go and see my Dr. It also meant I could go back and reread the info just in case I did not understand it the first time.
I found that the information on hot flushes was good. Since I have stopped having a cup of tea before bed the hot flushes have been a lot better.
I joined the mymenopause programme and was pleasantly surprised how many issues were relevant to me and the programme offered simple straightforward hints, tips and advice of how to benefit by tweaks to lifestyle. The programme highlighted issues that I may be experiencing due to menopause and I feel more at ease with my body having completed the programme. I would recommend to join.
It was very refreshing to have access to a programme that covered such a wide range of issues connected to the menopause. I started going through the menopause at 42 & have always found it difficult to get advice about this life-changing subject, particularly as I have to wait at least 3 weeks to get to see a GP locally & have always felt that this subject was not as serious as an illness or something similar, so haven't ever visited anyone to seek help & advice. The programme has enabled me to get effective information that simply isn't available anywhere else & I feel more confident to deal with the menopause after going through the different subjects covered during the past few weeks. Thank-you to talkhealth for covering such an important topic, which affects all women during their lifetime.
I had knowledge o f my nan and mums experience of the menopause but is great to have other peoples experiences.
I feel that the mymenopause support programme was very informative. Especially with regards to diet nutrition, and relaxation. Also about treatments to aid my symptoms.
This support program tells you everything you need to know about the menopause in easy to follow and understandable steps. It covers everything from start to finish from what to expect and how to deal with it.
The advice on what to expect with the hot flushes, sweating, nutrition etc. was very useful.
Very useful information that helped me get my head around what is happening to me.
It covers topics relating to the menopause thoroughly and as it's broken down into separate areas it's easy to find what you need or are worried about. There's some good advice and ideas on the programme and it's easy to understand. I'd recommend the programme.
Good way of finding information about the menopause with links for further information if needed. Easy to read and understand.
Found the topics very in-depth and profound to me and my symptoms with useful advice to deal with the situation.
Very helpful and understanding advice. Since I gave up eating most meat products since January most of my night hot flushes have appeared.
Sign up, sit back, read, digest and act on the support and advice given. I was going nuts with menopause but this programme has supported my new ways of thinking, living, eating, sleeping and to some extent controlling nights sweats, hot flushes, sleepless nights etc. What you got to lose other than getting a good nights refreshing sleep
