The sleep programme really showed me how the different things can contribute to a rubbish or good night's sleep. Like keeping your sleeping environment cool & making it a digital free zone. The mysleep programme has helped me get a straight nights sleep. It has been over 10 years since I’ve slept properly due to 24/7 recruitment work. But since learning about my sleeping patterns through my sleep I now unwind two hours before bedtime I will not eat after 6 pm I will not use my phone at least one hour before bedtime and I also have good posture when I sleep. I’m getting one hour sleep tonight at five I feel the best I’ve felt in a long time I highly recommend this company.

I found the sleep programme very helpful as it gave me information I wasnt previously aware of. Not everything was relevant right now but in the future I will have somewhere to look and check for information to help me sleep well in various situations.
Before taking part in the mymenopause support programme I was feeling as though I was going mad! I was experiencing so many different symptoms that I never realised was part of the menopause and felt silly to go to my doctor about them. After reading the programme I was able to understand what was happening to my body and why and most importantly how to cope with it, I have made some life style changes and whilst I have not eradicated my symptoms I have greatly reduced them.
