Handy guide knowledge.

Great advice and tips.

Novanne (Aug 20) 4.0/5

Very comprehensive; raised issues that are important to me personally, especially weight reduction & increased exercise. I now walk about 20 miles per fortnight & have reduced weight by 6 & a half pounds. So overall I have enjoyed combatting some potentially dangerous factors.

I like the idea of small bite-size information coming into my inbox regularly even if one weeks subject does not appear completely relevant it is still useful to be aware of information on many subjects.

Lucy (Aug 20) 4.0/5

Very supportive program to increase awareness.

Debduti (Aug 20) 4.0/5

This programme is ideal if you have some insights and motivation to improve yourself and others.

I think these are really helpful - the information and advice helps you understand more

Catherine (Mar 21) 4.0/5

Useful to have areas explained in more detail.

Patricia (Jun 21) 4.0/5

A thought provoking insight into many areas of health concerns that may arise day on day. The subjects tackled are well informed and of interest to most folks. If starting from a basis of knowing nothing about the subject, the course gives an all round good foundation of knowledge. A little more depth is needed for those who may have more insight. Some common or everyday subjects not included such as diabetes, fibromyalgia, etc may have been beneficial. Regardless of subject, the grounding is good and may lead to deeper conversations and perhaps doctor appointments, although at present these are as rare as hens' teeth!

It's been incredibly useful, comprehensive, educational, and has helped me immensely, both for now and all my tomorrows too. Thanks very much indeed, I feel far less isolated now too.

At first, I hold my hands up & admit that I thought I would NOT find out anything I didn't already know about my disability! How wrong I was! I have learnt that different things that I have problems with are related to my disability & I have found ways to deal with certain issues due to the programmes.

I have also learnt more in-depth about close family & friends illnesses. I have felt more comfortable giving advice from what I have learnt.

The mywellbeing support programme was very informative. It increased my awareness about several health aspects from mental to physical and sexual. There's a need to pay more attention on my emotional and physical wellbeing in order to improve my mental wellbeing and be an all round well person.

This is a massive support and is given in nice bite size way, so that you can learn more and be able to cope/deal with the problem in a different and better way.
