mywellbeing provides 19 weeks of dedicated information, sent to you by email in bite-size chunks. Each week you will receive either a PDF for you to download / print OR a video to view containing practical information written by talkhealth and medical and professional experts.

To help you improve your health our well-being programme covers a wide range of health topics and provides quick pointers to get you back on track.

On the whole, the wellbeing support programme has been a very relevant and useful source of information and has helped me make significant changes to my lifestyle.  By following the support programmes I have managed to reduce my GP visits although it has increased my hospital visits for further investigation.

The information is given in a straight forward and easily understandable manner, so you don't need a medical degree to understand it.  If you are worried about any of the aspects covered by the programmes I would recommend you join.

Mywellbeing Support Programme provides in-depth knowledge of issues that can be easily ignored in day to day life. Little changes can make a big difference and that knowledge is provided with simple steps. The reason for the problem is discussed in a very simple manner that is very beneficial if an individual wants to discuss it further with their health practitioners. I have been immensely benefitted and continue to do so by being part of this support programme. I most definitely would recommend this programme to people from all walks of life.

I think that this programme will be ideal for anyone wanting to start on the road to self-help and for those just wanting to learn more about better ways to care for ourselves and the people around us. I found all the topics interesting, even the ones that weren't personally relevant e.g men's health, as it can help me to ensure and help my partners wellbeing too. The modules were delivered in bitesize, interesting and informative chunks at regular intervals, which made them easy to read and follow. I'd recommend this programme for anyone looking to improve theirs and others wellbeing, it's a good start to self-help.

Very comprehensive; raised issues that are important to me personally, especially weight reduction & increased exercise. I now walk about 20 miles per fortnight & have reduced weight by 6 & a half pounds. So overall I have enjoyed combatting some potentially dangerous factors.
