I've been a member of Talk Health for years and only recently upgraded my membership. So far I've had a very good experience, the samples have come in very handy and I have used them and went on to purchase some. The articles are very informative. 

I have just joined the TH+ group, the best way to find out info from real people who are taking part and using the products with their own honest reviews, 100% honest, they have a variety of ways for you to follow them and join in , no excuses, what are you waiting for !

I have suffered from IBS symptoms for years and have previously tried probiotics but never had much joy, I’m not sure if it was a placebo effect at first but I noticed a positive difference within the first few weeks of starting Symprove. I previously suffered with frequency and urgency of bowel movements however both of these have been much improved, as I’ve found nothing works in the past I was quite sceptical about Symprove, however very pleased to say it has worked for me and I would recommend to anyone suffering frequency and urgency. The taste isn’t great, but I think that’s a small price to pay for the brilliant benefits, and once you’ve had it first thing the taste has never lingered or repeated on me. Overall an excellent product and I will use again.

The membership seems a great idea and includes lots of health information to be able to better your physical and mental wellbeing. There are various mediums to use on the site and the free samples and webinars just add to that. Very useful.
