Interesting articles and chances to win prizes and receive samples. You can ask questions of health experts and peers via clinics and forums. Well worth signing up!

This is a good site for health information and also product information. They also run great giveaways and trials.

Since becoming a member I have found some great advice for many of my more niggling ailments 

Find it brilliant and wonderful to learn something new ,every time and to seek more knowledge and information on certain subjects is so important to have.

Love the fact that there are other people with the same medical problems so it can be discussed and you can find out other ways of finding help

Talk health is something I have neglected over the months but so glad to come back to it. Webinars are a great way to interact with people who have similar issues

Good I won some freebies and also read some health issues for my son's eczema.

It is very wide-ranging, so there will usually be something or the other that is of relevance. Freebies and vouchers also provide incentives that we all need.
