Dr Sreedhar Krishna
Dr. Krishna is an NHS consultant dermatologist working in London as well as working part-time within dermatopathology (looking at skin biopsies under the microscope). This dual-training helps in securing difficult diagnoses as well as understanding the mechanisms through which skin disease develop within an individual.
Dr. Krishna is one of very few clinicians to have studied at Oxford University, Cambridge University as well as Imperial College. He has won seven national prizes as an undergraduate - including the prestigious British Association of Dermatologists First Prize as well the St. John's Institute of Dermatology First Prize. He takes pride in educating the next generation of doctors, has been awarded a Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy and is now a writer for the Royal College of Physicians examination. He sits on the British Association of Dermatologists Therapeutics and Guidelines committee.
Dr. Krishna has an extensive academic background but takes pride in distilling complex issues, avoiding medical jargon and ensuring that the patient is an equal partner in any treatment decisions. He is a strong believer in the role of telemedicine to reduce NHS waiting lists and currently provides bespoke virtual consultations through his secure online app.
