Reviews
Although I wouldn't say there was anything dramatically new or different, by having all the resources in one place and reviewing techniques, that previously may not have worked, but this time had some impact (due to more detailed advice or using combinations) it was a useful exercise/experience.
Excellent programme.
Fantastic support programme with lots of information and hints and tips of how to help and manage eczema. I have picked up alot of useful information off this programme. Definitely worth using if your child has eczema as I thought I knew everything I could. But this proved me wrong.
I guess we fall on the lower end of needing the support but that made us more unsure of where to go because we weren't a severe case - the programme provided what we needed and this was great.
I thought it had a lot of useful information and is worth a look for anyone. Would definitely recommend the site.
Excellent programme - my daughter has suffered with eczema for a long time and has tried numerous different methods to control and soothe her skin. The myeczemachild support programme advised her on different techniques and also made her feel that having this condition is not something to be ashamed of or to feel that she has to hide away.
Very helpful programe. I do suggest that videos such as those on itchy sneezy, wheezy may also help. Also I was not able to access the individual module information on my online account, it only allowed me to download the first module of that week (I could access 4 but not 5 or 6). I would also be interested in evidence based of onset and prognosis of eczema or more facts regarding the condition. I found some of the stories intense and negative. However all in all, it helped me thoroughly while providing me with information I would not have otherwise been able to access. I still store and recap the pdf.
Interesting and very helpful programme. A good point of reference for now and the future.
I thought before the programme that I knew "all there is to know". I was wrong! I learnt a lot but a key take-away for me was that you can't just do one thing at a time (e.g. emollients), it takes the full range of tips to make a difference, and you have to do it consistently not just on and off. It also really helped my daughter to know she isn't alone and there are lots of ways she can help herself too. All in all, highly recommended to others - even if you don't have children to be honest.
Okay and very useful.
Great tips and advice, including information on how to manage the condition.
This support program should be available to everyone with eczema it's brilliant and has helped me and my little girl so much.
It was very helpful to me and my child. I found out things I did not know about and discussed then with my doctor and my chemist. It was worth while following the programme.
Great, good information.
It is brilliant with loads of relevant information.
