Due to spinal cord disease/injury I have autonomic dysfunction which causes nausea, problems eating enough due to stomach getting full very quickly and very slow gut transit so I have to manually externally push stools down my large colon on the left and down towards my pelvic area.  I can’t feel my rectum very well so sensation of stools present is impaired.  I either have to manually evacuate stools or use Peristeen anal irrigation system.
